30 Data Holders live with Open Banking

Australian Open Banking provider Frollo has announced it has enabled 5 more Data Holders on its Open Banking platform today, bringing the total number of Live Data Holders in Australia to 30. Most of the major banks – and even a few neo-banks like Up and 86 400 – are now live with Open Banking.

4 more Data Holders are Active on the CDR Registry. Although a Data Holder has to pass the tests in the Conformance Test Suite (CTS) to become ‘Active’, it doesn’t mean they’re Live – or ready to go live.

Frollo has worked closely with Data Holders over the last few months to get them from ‘Active’ to ‘Live’ – testing their APIs and ensuring functioning, reliable data sharing with high quality transaction data as a result. Once Frollo enables the provider on its Open Banking platform, they’re instantly available for Frollo app users and clients using its CDR Gateway.

The fintech keeps track of ‘Active’ and ‘Live’ data holders on its Data Holder tracker and expects to add more Data Holders this month.
