Fintech should make advice ‘enjoyable’

A software integration firm has highlighted how technology should be about making the client experience of advice more “enjoyable” as well being agile to constantly changing adviser needs. Fintech is not a threat: FPA

Financial planners overlooking fintech are missing out on benefits that can ultimately lead to higher client engagement and satisfaction levels, latest research from the Financial Planning Association of Australia shows.
