Novatti appoints Abigail Cheadle as new Non-Executive Director

ASX-listed fintech leader Novatti Group announce the appointment of Abigail Cheadle as a Non-Executive Director of Novatti and Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee.

Abigail Cheadle is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience working across Asia (17 years), Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. During this time, she led professional services practices for a number of leading firms, including EY, Deloitte, and KordaMentha, with a focus on corporate strategy and risk management

Ms Cheadle has strong networks in Asia and experience in driving growth in financial services companies in that region. For example, while advising the Indonesian-listed consumer finance company, BFI Finance Indonesia, its market capitalisation grew tenfold.

Abigail also brings extensive ASX-listed board experience having sat on four ASX-listed boards to date, including online clothing platform, SurfStitch (ASX: SRF) and media intelligence and data technology company, Isentia (ASX: ISD). Abigail’s current board appointments include:

• Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair – LGI Ltd
• Member of Audit and Risk Committee – Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads
• Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair – Shriro Holdings Limited (ASX: SHM)
• Investment Committee Member – Ecosse Capital Partners
