Loyalty Now, the leading frictionless, payment-linked loyalty technology company, has announced that it has achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, a globally recognised standard for information security management. This milestone marks the first time Loyalty Now has received this certification, solidifying its position as a market leader in the business-to-business (B2B) payment-linked offers (PLO) loyalty and rewards space. The certification is effective from May 17, 2024, and is valid for three years, with an option to renew thereafter.

The ISO 27001:2022 certification underscores Loyalty Now’s unwavering commitment to implementing and maintaining a robust information security management system (ISMS). This certification applies to organisations aiming to formalise and enhance their processes around information security, privacy, and the protection of information assets. This achievement demonstrates the robustness of Loyalty Now’s management system across all its group companies and aligning with global best practices in information security.

Loyalty Now stands out for its adherence to international standards, providing clients and partners with a higher level of confidence in the company’s security measures. The certification also affirms that Loyalty Now’s information security practices meet rigorous requirements, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information assets.

The scope of the certification covers the design, development, maintenance, and support of technology-enabled loyalty and rewards Payment-as-a-Solution (PaaS)/Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) offerings. This includes payment-linked offers (PLO), aggregators’ PLO (APLO), and allied merchant and managed services. Additionally, the certification encompasses innovation management, third-party partnership management, and gift/virtual card reseller management. Loyalty Now’s ISMS protects software and communications across all operations, including technology, support, human resources, vendor management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
