Link4 completes the set of cloud accounting marketplaces

eInvoicing is available to small businesses through the major accounting software marketplaces in Australia.

Link4 secured a position within the marketplaces of the 6 main cloud accounting solutions in use by small business owners throughout Australia. These include, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Reckon and Sage.

Why is this important? Many software firms focus on supporting large organisations leaving small business owners with limited options available to them. But Link4 are committed to providing the latest technology solutions to save small business owners time and money. eInvoicing reduces the time spent on dealing with invoices by providing automation to both account payables and receivables processes.

Being listed on all of the aforementioned marketplaces means the majority of the Australian small businesses now have access to eInvoicing, without the need for expensive ERP systems or complex EDI implementations. Businesses use their current accounting software in the same way they always do, and (with Link4 working in the background) they can now receive their invoices directly into their accounting system. They are also able to send invoices direct to their customer’s accounting system as well – speeding up the whole invoice cycle and improving cash flow.

“Each of the cloud accounting software firms have their own detailed and sometimes complex application processes for their marketplaces,” noted Sam Hassan, CTO of Link4 Australia. “Link4 was able to pass each and every requirement which gives the end user confidence that they are using a well tested, robust and secure solution.”

Users of Intuit QBO, Xero, MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Essentials, Sage One, Reckon Hosted and Reckon One all have instant access to Link4. More enterprise systems like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics are being added as well. There is nothing to install. No processes to change. Invoices are sent directly between systems without the need for PDFs and Emails.

With a freemium version available, users of the above solutions can sign up for a free account and try the system to see how eInvoicing can have a positive effect within their business.
