GBST’s Composer platform enables superannuation provider to deliver a 2-minute ‘Join’ process

Provided via a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, GBST’s recent implementation has enabled the superannuation organisation to utilise a market leading registry system and deliver a modern web application to support a sign-up process that takes less than 120 seconds. It also comes pre-integrated with GBST’s SuperStream gateway connectivity, lowering the time and cost to implement, while delivering true straight-through processing (STP) for ATO messages.

The specialist provider of superannuation administration services to a variety of super funds, trustees, employers, advisers, networks, and funds members is the latest client now using GBST’s Composer platform.

Rob DeDominicis (pictured), CEO at GBST, said, “We are delighted to welcome our newest client to a growing Composer user base. We look forward to supporting their use of the platform, particularly their need for the solution’s straight-through processing features that allow it to support a digitally focused user experience for superannuation funds.

“Composer was seamlessly implemented under a SaaS model, and from the online member portal through to the back-office components, we were able to achieve go-live with our clients’ customer base fast and effectively.”

Composer offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to streamline the administration of wealth management products from the distribution channel through to the back-office. It enables organisations to consolidate business onto a single technology platform, driving operational efficiencies while reducing risk.

The client-centric platform can administer and aggregate multiple investment products and asset types from simple to comprehensive propositions, covering the cradle-to-grave approach to account for every possible touchpoint in the customer journey. It supports multiple entities and various operating models, covering all distribution models – direct, advised, employer, and third-party administration.
