Envestnet | Yodlee expands its expertise in Open Banking by appointing Dr John Harrison as Head of Open Banking

Envestnet® | Yodlee® – a leading data aggregation and analytics platform for financial services – has appointed data and analytics expert, Dr John Harrison (pictured), to the newly created role of Head of Open Banking for Australia and New Zealand.

Harrison joins Envestnet | Yodlee from global open banking platform TrueLayer, where he was a product manager overseeing their data products in Australia. In addition, he previously served as a data scientist and open banking product owner at Westpac.

In his new role at Envestnet | Yodlee, Harrison will be responsible for leading the organisation’s open banking strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Harrison will take charge in leading the Australian product capability, whilst supporting commercial, product and engineering teams and working with clients to help them provide new and better experiences with the Consumer Data Right.

Timothy Poskitt, ANZ Country Manager at Envestnet | Yodlee, is excited to have Harrison join the team as it expands its footprint and expertise across the region.

Dr John Harrison holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Newcastle and has since provided industry-based guidance to the direction of the University’s Mathematics and Data Science programmes.
