Director of LightYear Group Ashleigh Jaremyn resigns to focus on grief following tragic loss
LightYear Group have announced that Ashleigh Jaremyn (pictured centre), Director, has resigned from her position and will become effective over the following weeks.
In a statement, Ashleigh Jaremyn explained that her decision to leave was driven by her need to focus on her family and personal well-being. Jaremyn added that the passing of her teenage daughter last year has left an enormous void in her heart, and she needs to take the time and space needed to come to terms with her grief fully.
Jaremyn had led LightYear Group with excellence for many years as a passionate, talented, and highly respected Director. Her dedication and commitment to the growth and development of the organisation, its platform, operations, products and services have been unparalleled, and we are incredibly grateful for her service.
The Board of Directors of LightYear Group has accepted Jaremyn’s resignation and said they would like to extend their sincere appreciation and best wishes to her during this challenging time.
The Board stated that, “We understand the importance of family and personal well-being and fully support her decision to prioritise these aspects of her life fully.
“We would like to assure our clients that LightYear Group will continue full operations under our committed management team and new Group CEO, Michael Jeffriess, and we remain committed to providing high-quality services to our valued clients. Jeffriess is currently completing a review of the complete business in line with steering it towards it strategic plans.
