Australian fintech pioneer Raiz Invest appoints Kamille Dietrich as Company Secretary

Raiz Invest have advised that Max Crowley of Automic Group has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. Crowley tendered his resignation from Automic Group and will be replaced by Ms Kamille Dietrich (pictured) as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

In a statement to the ASX, the Board of Raiz thanked Max Crowley for his services to the company.

Ms Dietrich is an experienced Company Secretary and as a member of Automic Group’s Company Secretary team, Ms Dietrich acts as Company Secretary to ASX listed and unlisted public companies across a range of industries.

Ms Dietrich will also be the person responsible for communications between Raiz and the ASX.
