5th Annual FinTech Awards 2020 announced – Diversity reflects growth of fintechs and Neo-Banks
The 5th Annual Australian FinTech Awards 2020 will be held in Sydney on Thursday 6th August.
Award categories have expanded reflecting the growth of fintech into areas such as the launch of Neo-Banks as well as consumer lending and business lending.
According to Glen Frost, Founder of the FinTech Awards: “The arrival of the neo-banks, or smart banks, means the FinTech sector is once again experiencing rapid growth, so we’ve added new categories to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be recognized for their achievements and success.”
“The FinTech Awards brings together the influential, disruptive, collaborative and innovative technology companies that are redefining financial services – this is a very exciting time to be in fintech,” said Frost.
“Now it’s its fifth year, the FinTech Awards has expanded to 17 categories, which reflects the diversity of B2C as well as B2B fintechs,” added Frost.
“The FinTech Awards recognize businesses as well as individuals, with Awards such as CIO/CTO Of The Year, Female FinTech Leader of The Year, and FinTech Leader of The Year,” said Frost.
