Promotions at Lendi Group strengthen its broker network
Lendi Group has announced a series of internal promotions, as well as new and expanded roles that will bolster the company’s broker support network heading into the New Year.
Lendi Group Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Sebastian Watkins, and Chief Distribution Officer Brad Cramb reflected their commitment to investing in the network’s growth and enhancing the broker experience in an internal memo to Franchisees and sales staff last week.
“We’re delighted to see the progression of team members through the Distribution business who will maintain and enhance our leading Broker Value Proposition in the market,” said Brad.
“I feel a huge sense of pride in the team we’ve built and as we prepare to head into the New Year, I know we’ve got the best team in place to achieve our vision of becoming the undisputed destination for buying and owning property. Congratulations to all.”

Personnel updates
- Sam Hyman has been promoted to General Manager, National Sales. Sam will lead the State General Managers, Inside Sales, and Associates teams.
- Matthew Whyte, General Manager, QLD, takes on expanded responsibilities to also lead Western Australia.
- Aaron Hockey, as General Manager, Network Development, takes on expanded responsibilities to oversee the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Graduate Program.
- Nick Walsh has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of WA.
- Brian Phelan is promoted to Head of Inside Sales, overseeing the development and management of the Inside Sales teaM.
- Joel Curley, newly promoted to General Manager, VIC/TAS, will also take on leadership of South Australia.
- Peter Colman has been appointed Head of SA.
- Jasminne Goodwin has been promoted to Head of Centre of Excellence, leading the CoE and Graduate teams.
- Aleks Phamnguyen has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of Distribution Operations, streamlining operations across the network.
The announcement came hot off the heels of Lendi Group’s immersive five-day sales leader offsite in NSW which was designed to equip its sales team with the latest tools, insights, and strategies to support continued broker success.
This included educational workshops on key Group initiatives such as Aussie Conveyancing which was launched in November and provides additional revenue opportunities for brokers while saving customers and brokers hours in administration.
