Praemium announce executive leadership changes to Chief Risk Officer role

ASX-listed Praemium have appointed Ms Lorna Stewart as Chief Risk Officer (CRO), replacing outgoing CRO Ms Rachel Axton.

Praemium advises that Ms Axton has resigned from the company and will be leaving on 27 March to pursue other opportunities.

In announcing the changes, Praemium CEO Anthony Wamsteker said, “I am delighted that an executive of Lorna’s experience and capability has elected to join Praemium. She will be a great addition to our Executive Leadership Team and will make a valuable contribution to our culture, strategy and execution capabilities.”
