Novatti announce Hayden Vowell as new Interim CFO

ASX-listed payments leader Novatti Group Limited have announced that Ms Dharsh Mendez has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer and the company have appointed Mr Hayden Vowell (pictured) in the role on an interim basis.

Hayden Vowell will commence on 21 May 2025 for a term of six months. Ms Mendez has agreed to remain with the company until 12 August 2025 to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of financial leadership and oversight for Novatti.

Vowell is an experienced finance executive with 15 years of experience in a number of high-growth businesses across the software, retail and technology sectors. Vowell joins Novatti from Culture Amp, a global SaaS leader in employee experience, where he was Senior Director of Commercial Finance. Vowell spent seven years at Culture Amp and played a key role in the development of the Finance function and scaling the business through product development, international expansion and acquisitions.
