Macquarie readies Bravura Solutions equity raising
Financial services software company Bravura Solutions is in front of fund managers seeking a $165 million equity injection.
Macquarie’s equities desk launched the deal on Thursday morning.
Macquarie has underwritten the deal at $5.50 a share, which was an 11.9 per cent discount to the last close, and will run a bookbuild to determine the final offer price.
Funds raised were pegged for acquisitions, according to information in front of potential investors, and development of its Sonata product.
