Loopit further expands team appointing Alex Omar as the new Customer Success Manager
Leading Australian car subscription company Loopit has announced the appointment of Alex Omar (pictured) as Customer Success Manager. The appointment comes after Loopit’s first external Capital Rise, securing AUD $3.6 million in funding. Based in Sydney, the position will lead Loopit’s customer success team, to further expand and manage the company’s growing customer base.
Alex has been at the forefront of customer support and success for over six years, working across multiple industries including automotive, fashion,insurance and financial services, at both start-up and corporate companies. He is experienced in building up a strong customer success foundation in preparation to scale any business and its partnerships mutually.
Alex is also highly skilled in ensuring growth through the adoption of strong policies, account planning, goal setting, innovation, and communication.
