Listed fintech Novatti Group to join the S&P/ASX All Technology Index
ASX-listed Australian fintech Novatti Group (ASX: NOV) will join the S&P/ASX All Technology Index on 20 September 2021, an index featuring Australia’s leading and emerging technology companies.
This milestone is recognition of Novatti’s ongoing growth as we deliver the fintech solutions to enable businesses to pay and be paid. As a reminder, over the past 12 months alone, Novatti achieved a 50% increase in sales revenue to $16.5m.
In being added to the All Technology Index, Novatti will join a range of rapidly growing tech companies and more than 30 unicorns.
Novatti was selected for this Index having exceeded:
- $120 million market capitalisation
- $120,000 minimum daily volume traded over the past 3 months
- 30% minimum relative liquidity ratio over the past 3 months
- 30% minimum free float (shares freely available for trading)
The All Technology Index is featured within a variety of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), increasing Novatti’s exposure to new investors and trading liquidity.
