JAVLN bolsters leadership expertise with three strategic appointments

Cloud-based policy management software, JAVLN, have announced the appointment of three seasoned leaders to key global roles within the organisation.

Ben Rees, appointed as Head of Engineering, brings three decades of experience in professional software development, most recently at EzyVet. Reporting to JAVLN’s Chief Technology Officer, Ben will lead the product engineering teams, ensuring exceptional delivery, quality, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies and processes to drive industry-leading innovation.

James Brading, joining as Head of Product, brings deep expertise in cloud and SaaS technologies having spearheaded the creation of award-winning B2B products at MYOB. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, James will oversee the development and execution of JAVLN’s product strategy to transform how brokers work.

Shelley Cox, appointed as Head of Customer Success, brings a wealth of experience as the former co-CEO of Montoux, a leading provider of actuarial AI and modelling tools. With a background in customer-facing roles within the insurance industry, Shelley will report to JAVLN’s Chief Operating Officer and lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention, and build strong customer advocacy among the nearly 10,000 insurance professionals using JAVLN products.
