finPOWER, a leading provider of loan management and origination software, have announced the promotion of Theresa Reidy (pictured) to Head of Account Management.

Theresa steps into the role after four impactful years as Delivery Lead, where she played a key role in overseeing client implementations, streamlining operations, and ensuring successful onboarding outcomes across the finPOWER customer base.

In her new role, Theresa will lead the Account Management team, with a focus on delivering strategic value beyond day-to-day support. Her mission is clear: to build lasting partnerships with customers through operational excellence, honest communication, and forward-looking planning.

Theresa was appointed based on three core strengths:

Technical Depth: She brings a deep understanding of finPOWER’s product architecture and development principles, enabling her to troubleshoot complex challenges and guide long-term system strategy.

Stakeholder Mastery: Theresa is known for fast follow-up, proactive outreach, and her ability to cut through complexity to get the job done. She doesn’t default to “yes” — she delivers what’s best for the customer in the long run.

Team Leadership: As a hands-on leader, Theresa is passionate about building a culture of performance and professional growth within her team. She’s focused on upskilling Account Managers and enhancing their consultative value to customers.

Resetting the Rhythm: What This Means for Customers

Under Theresa’s leadership, finPOWER is reintroducing a structured and consistent Account Management cadence that ensures every customer receives regular, proactive engagement.

Theresa is also launching a Customer System Health Review initiative to help clients unlock additional value from their finPOWER environments.
