Financial planning software provider Plutosoft integrates Annature’s electronic signing solution
Financial planning software provider Plutosoft has completed an integration with Annature, a provider of electronic signatures.
In a joint statement, the businesses announced that the integration will enable the digital signing of documents through Plutosoft’s secure Premium Client Hub Portal.
According to Plutosoft Co-Founder Vincent Holland, the new feature is an important cyber safeguard and will also improve practice efficiency.
“Emails containing client sensitive information can be intercepted by cyber criminals. Users can now create signature ready documents directly in Plutosoft and share them for signature through our secure client portal. The feature will also enable client documents, including RoAs and FDS’ to be generated and signed in bulk.
Corey Cacic, CEO and Founder of Annature said, “As the digital landscape evolves, it is essential that Financial Advisers adapt to cyber risks. Practices can organise all their documents through the Plutosoft integration. This integration will help strengthen the digital advice technology market in Australia and Annature is proud to have partnered with Plutosoft, another Australian made and owned business.”
Commenting on the release, Holland said, “Our goal is to be the stand-out trusted software provider to financial advice practices. Integrations like this demonstrate Plutosoft’s commitment to being an innovative and comprehensive software solution for financial advisers.”
