Entsia expands leadership team with two new strategic hires
Entsia, a leading B2B Insurtech software provider, have announced the expansion of its leadership team with two strategic hires, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth.
Since 2023 Entsia has experienced remarkable success, growing its customer base by 85% and expanding its workforce by 45%. The company recently hit a major milestone of surpassing 1.5 billion customer GWP annually, demonstrating its position as a key player in the Insurtech market. With a presence in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore already, Entsia plans to expand into even more international markets from 2025, and is well-positioned for further global growth.
To support this momentum, Lisa Street has joined the company as the new Head of People and Culture. A strategic and commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience across the UK, APAC and Australia. Lisa specialises in organisation design and effectiveness, culture change and leadership and talent development. She is passionate about creating meaningful lives through peoples’ experience of an organisation, their leaders and their own performance. Her appointment underscores Entsia’s commitment to nurturing its growing team and maintaining a culture of excellence as it scales.
“I’m thrilled to step into the role of Head of People and Culture at Entsia at such an exciting point of growth for us. I’m eager to contribute to our collective success by building a dynamic, inclusive culture and team, empowered to create transformative growth for Entsia. Together, we’ll shape the future of the Insurtech industry and create a workplace where every idea can thrive,” said Lisa.
Lisa’s appointment follows the hiring of Eleanor Doherty as Entsia’s Head of Marketing. Eleanor brings a wealth of experience from the FinTech sector, where she has successfully launched financial products and led impactful campaigns targeting B2B audiences. Having worked with companies ranging in size from Brighte to AMP, her expertise spans both generalist and product marketing, positioning her well to spearhead Entsia’s marketing strategy as the company expands into new markets and continues to develop cutting-edge solutions for the insurance industry.
“Joining Entsia is an incredible opportunity to be part of a company that’s pushing the boundaries of technology in the insurance sector,” shared Eleanor. “I’m looking forward to delivering a marketing strategy that amplifies Entsia’s success, drives new growth opportunities, and highlights our innovative solutions to a global audience. It’s an exciting time to shape how Entsia is positioned in the market as we continue to grow and expand.”
Commenting on the strategic hires, Alistair McElligott, Entsia Founder and CEO, stated, “Lisa and Eleanor have joined at a pivotal time for Entsia, and their leadership will be instrumental in driving our next phase of growth and innovation.”
