Entsia expands its leadership team with two new hires
Leading insurtech Entsia have announced two strategic leadership appointments as part of its ongoing growth and commitment to delivering exceptional solutions for the insurance industry.
Marcel Basson (pictured above) joins Entsia as Head of Product Engineering, a newly created role that combines Entsia’s Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and focus. Marcel brings a wealth of experience in scaling platforms and leading high-performing teams. His leadership will drive the evolution of Entsia’s platform, ensuring it meets the industry’s changing demands.

Known for her ability to lead transformative projects, Spela’s approach emphasises operational excellence and meaningful collaboration to achieve shared success. Her expertise is grounded in delivering tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of clients.
