Earlypay hires Tony Harmey as Business Development Manager
ASX-listed Earlypay has welcomed Tony Harmey (pictured) to the company as a Business Development Manager in NSW. Tony was the National Head of Sales and Relationships at Apricity Finance before their recent administration, and brings almost a decade of experience to Earlypay.
“After a fantastic nine years with Apricity — building great relationships with clients, colleagues and referrers — I am excited by the opportunities that working for Earlypay will provide,” said Harmey. “I have worked with the team there several times over the last few years and very quickly already have become part of that team.”
“Having someone with Tony’s experience, personality and tenacity is a great asset to the Earlypay team,” said Donelle Brooks, Earlypay’s National Partnerships Manager. “We’re glad to have him on board and he has hit the ground running.”
Harmey is well-equipped to support his extensive introducer network with their SME clients who are seeking working capital solutions and will focus on Invoice Finance facilities ranging from low doc debtor finance customers up to customers requiring $10 million invoice finance facilities.
Earlypay are offering assistance to brokers who may be helping their clients through the fall-out of Apricity’s administration earlier this month.
Donelle Brooks, stated, “The cash flow finance industry is working hard to help the good of the industry and brokers should know that we’re all aware that there are Apricity clients out there that are going to be hurting. We will be moving at a quicker-than-normal pace for debtor finance for these clients.”
“We are working as a priority to help these broker clients (who are factorable for us) to get funding lines back in place really quickly.
“We want to give brokers confidence that the best thing they can do is be proactive and talk to us, or another debtor finance lender, to help their clients access the funding they need.”
