Compare Your Life’s iFace Technology is embraced by users

Melbourne based firm Save U has partnered with Cloud technology provider iFace (Compare Your Life) to start consolidating the need for multiple software applications. Save U’s CEO, Stephen Clarkson is impressed with the efficiencies the software has brought to his business.

‘Our decision to purchase was made in the initial presentation, as the quality of the software and the utilisation of the most up to date technology made the choice incredibly easy to make. We had been searching for a solution for 3 years, and this ticked all the boxes that we were looking for.

The migration from our legacy product was seamless and after 15 minutes of training and a few questions during the day, all staff were up and running. We are very pleased with the software and particularly the CRM, which has a lot of inbuilt automations. This includes SMS sending/ receiving which is automatically linked to the clients account, as well as, an email sweeper. This saves us time by not having to double handle information. Notes can also be dictated using voice recognition.’

Clarkson is looking forwarded to the rollout of the digital documentation module early in the New Year. This provides the advice paperwork within minutes in a non-editable format.

Joint managing director, Rebecca Firns said that the need for built in compliance and efficiencies are in response to the changing climate and overcome several of the main concerns of many advice practices.
