Bizcap makes LinkedIn’s List of Top 20 Startups in Australia

Bizcap has been named on LinkedIn’s list of the top 20 startups in Australia in 2024.

The list, an annual ranking of the emerging startups to work for, is independently curated by the LinkedIn News team, using platform data and editorial insights in an effort to identify companies that are growing fast and recruiting top talent. To be eligible, companies must be headquartered in Australia, privately held and fully independent, have 30 or more full-time employees, and be 5 years old or younger.

This year, Bizcap ranked 13th on the 2024 LinkedIn Top Startups List in Australia.

The four key pillars used to determine which businesses make the list are employment growth, engagement, job interest, and attraction of top talent.

The pillars are defined as follows:

  • Employment growth: the headcount increase over the year in review
  • Engagement: non-employee views and follows of the company’s LinkedIn page and its current employees’ profiles
  • Job interest: the rate at which people view and apply for roles at the company
  • Attraction of top talent: the percentage of the company’s staff that have been recruited away from LinkedIn Top Companies.

“We’re excited to be recognised as one of LinkedIn’s Top Startups in Australia for 2024,” said Bizcap‘s Chief Revenue Officer Rebecca Del Rio (pictured). “This achievement is a testament to the strides we’ve made with our new content strategy, which we rolled out late last year. By focusing on creating meaningful, engaging content, we’ve seen a significant surge in brand engagement from brokers, advisers, aggregators and small business owners alike.”

“In addition, the demand for our flexible lending solutions and our ambitious global expansion goals have fueled the need for a rapidly growing team, and we’re proud that Bizcap’s strong workplace culture and commitment to professional growth are attracting top talent to help drive us forward.”
