Beforepay appoints Elena Chan as Acting Chief Financial Officer

ASX-listed Beforepay have announced that Ms Elena Chan (General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary) has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective 1 July 2024.

Ms Chan’s existing portfolio within the business will be expanded, with the responsibilities in the team rebalanced to accommodate the expanded role.

Beforepay have stated that they will continue to conduct an internal and external to appoint a permanent successor.
