- In one sentence, what does your fintech do?
Private Reporting’s online reporting platform provides a better way to track their investments and monitor what is really happening on their portfolios.
- How / why did you start your fintech company?:
Invention is mother of necessity. My family office needed a professional and sophisticated reporting tool to understand and monitor our investment performance and ultimately improve our decision-making process. This became possible with Private Reporting since we were in possession of valuable information we could not get with any other software available in the market.
- What the best thing your company has achieved or learnt along the way (this can include awards, capital raising etc)?:
We managed to build a sophisticated solution that can cater for a wide variety of customers profiles, needs and circumstances and we believe this powerful tool still remains extremely simple to use. That is our utmost focus on a daily basis ie we keep adding features and capabilities to the platform but always make sure this is in the best interest of our customers’ experience.
- What’s some advice you’d give to an aspiring start-up?:
Persevere and keep it simple.
- What’s next for your company? And are you looking to expand overseas or stay focussed on Australia?:
Acquire customers. We plan on officially launching in July this year. So looking forward to it.
- What other fintechs or companies do you admire?:
- What’s the most interesting or funniest moment that’s happened in your company’s lifetime?:
Cannot really shares the funny jokes our team had while brainstorming…
