ASX-listed trading platform Selfwealth shuffles senior ranks

ASX-listed trading platform Selfwealth have announced that Paul Cullinan will assume the role of Interim CFO with effect from Tuesday 9 May, 2023 following the retirement of current CFO and Company Secretary Mandy Drake on Monday 8 May 2023.

Mandy’s retirement was announced on 9 February 2023.

Paul brings over 15 years’ experience as a CFO gained in listed and unlisted, rapidly growing technology enabled businesses. The process to identify a permanent replacement CFO is continuing.

Jonathan Swain has been appointed to replace Mandy in the role of Company Secretary.

Selfwealth also announces that as part of the ongoing Board renewal process it has been agreed that Chief Executive Officer Cath Whitaker will cease to be a Director of the Company. Cath will continue in her role as Chief Executive Officer of the company, and the terms and conditions of her employment by the Company remain unchanged. Cath will step down from the Board with immediate effect.
