ASX-listed Iress have appointed Naomi Dawson as its new Company Secretary

Iress have announced the appointment of Ms Naomi Dawson as its Company Secretary, replacing its interim Company Secretary Michael Bowan.

The Board has appointed Ms Dawson as a Company Secretary of Iress with effect from 25 March 2024 and Michael Bowan ceases from the same date.

Ms Dawson is also appointed as the person responsible for communications with ASX.
