ASIC revokes Humm’s interim stop order

ASX-listed buy now pay later fintech humm has announced that the interim stop order issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 25 May 2023 has been revoked.

hummgroup has stated to the ASX that they have addressed ASIC’s concerns regarding the target market determination for the humm Buy Now Pay Later product.
