Annature adds APS, a division of Reckon, to its Partner Ecosystem

Today leading electronic signature solution in Australia and New Zealand, Annature, announced APS as its latest integration partner. APS, a division of ASX-listed Reckon, will integrate Annature with its APS Practice Management software to streamline how accounting firms and their clients synchronise secure data and transform the electronic signing of documentation. APS joins a rapidly growing Annature partner network of some of Australia’s most recognised brands.

Annature was established by serial entrepreneur and founder of NowInfinity, Amreeta Abbott, in 2020. Today, Annature has built an integration network with the world’s leading document management solutions and cloud storage providers. Its bank-grade security capabilities are underpinned by the ISO 27001 accreditation, making it the first certified electronic signature solution available globally/across ANZ. ID verification for AML and KYC functionality will shortly be added to Annature.

According to Amreeta Abbott, the integration is part of her continued vision for transforming the accounting industry and the broader Australian business sector.

“We are thrilled to add APS to our Partner Ecosystem,” said CEO and Founder Amreeta Abbott. “When you can transform the fundamentals behind any digital workflow, then you experience a range of benefits and provide the platform you need for your business to grow.”

“Annature is a great example of this. Businesses can digitise their workflow for performance and efficiency benefits – and take their business closer to the customer. This is a key part of the digital roadmap we need to revitalise the economy post-COVID-19,” she says.

Annature is purpose-built to be used by all industries. It works seamlessly with existing business tools to help business owners lower costs, improve engagement and elevate customer satisfaction.

General Manager of APS, David Francis said, “This automatic sync of data for e-signing will save time for accounting firms and increase customer satisfaction for their clients.”

With a huge shift globally to cloud solutions and digital ways of working in the past 18 months, David Francis believes integrating Annature is an essential step for all accounting firms.

“Electronic signatures are now a very standard part of the digital tools an accounting practice needs to operate,” said David Francis. “The entire market can benefit from this integration.”
