ACCC approve OneVue acquisition by Iress
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has notified Iress that it will not oppose the proposed acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares in ASX-listed fintech OneVue Holdings Limited.
After delaying the completion of the sale back in July, OneVue’s board is also recommending the offer from Iress.
