iFactFind achieves SOC 2 Type 1 and GDPR Type 1 compliance, reinforcing commitment to data security and privacy
iFactFind, the new international standard in client data collection and management developed by PULSS PTY LTD, have announced that it has successfully achieved SOC 2 Type 1 and GDPR Type 1 compliance, independently verified by leading global assurance provider, AssuranceLab.
This achievement reflects iFactFind’s strong commitment to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and internal system controls, providing financial advisers and their clients with renewed confidence in the protection and integrity of their data.

The SOC 2 framework, governed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), evaluates the effectiveness of controls around security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Achieving Type 1 certification confirms that iFactFind’s system and controls are properly designed at a specific point in time.
In parallel, iFactFind has also attained GDPR Type 1 compliance, showcasing its commitment to EU data protection regulations and privacy principles, including transparency, lawful processing, access control, and handling of data subject rights.
