DomaCom announces key changes to its Executive Team

ASX-listed DomaCom have announced several key changes to its Board and Executive Team, strengthening its leadership capability to drive the company’s forward-focused growth strategy.

Jules Grove has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vinuraj Koliyat appointed Chief Experience and Technology Officer (CXTO), Ray Jourdan appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Ross Laidlaw appointed Chief Commercialisation Officer (CCO).

Jules Grove is Managing Principal, CFO Advisory at Automic Group and a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). Over his career, Mr Grove has developed a broad skill set across strategic, operational, and commercial aspects of accounting and brings strong technical experience. Jules is Big 4 trained, holding a senior position in external audit before moving to commercial roles, including executive finance and CFO roles. Jules has a particular interest in supporting growth companies by providing insight through meaningful and robust accounting and finance processes.

Vinuraj Koliyat has transitioned from his previous role as a Non-Executive Director to the newly created position of Chief Experience and Technology Officer (CXTO).

In this key executive role, Vinu will lead DomaCom’s mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences powered by advanced technology platforms. His expertise and passion for leveraging technology to enhance client outcomes will be instrumental in achieving DomaCom’s strategic objectives, including increasing revenue per Funds Under Management (FUM) and scaling operations for future growth.

Ray Jourdan, who currently serves as an Executive Director on the Board, will take on a full-time executive role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Importantly, Ray will remain an Executive Director of DomaCom, ensuring continuity of leadership at the Board level.

In his expanded capacity, Ray will focus on strengthening DomaCom’s compliance framework, building robust procedures, and leading the Company’s risk and transformation initiatives. His extensive experience and commitment to governance will play a pivotal role in fortifying DomaCom’s operational foundations and driving strategic transformation.

Ross Laidlaw, previously serving as Chief Operations Officer, will transition to the role of Chief Commercialisation Officer (CCO). In his new role, Ross will focus on driving the commercialisation of current funds, developing and launching new funds, and expanding distribution channels to accelerate revenue growth.
