Investment platform iPartners in investor search, mulls IPO

As brokers run around looking for fintechs and software companies to put in front of their clients, attention has turned to investment platform provider iPartners.

iPartners, which is based in Sydney and was founded by a pair of former bankers, has been mulling options for a growth capital funding round and held talks with brokers about its potential appeal to listed equity investors and likely valuation.

Brokers were told the company’s also been talking to family office and industry types about an equity injection from a new strategic investor.

iPartners is understood to be looking at a $5 million to $10 million injection, to help fund its next slated leg of growth including offshore expansion.
