David Conroy, BDM New South Wales

David Conroy joins Funding with 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial lending, having worked with major banks, credit unions, mortgage originators and LMI companies. Throughout his career, he’s built strong industry partnerships with brokers to drive growth and collaboration. With his deep knowledge of lending and talent for creating lasting connections, David is dedicated to enhancing partnerships in New South Wales, helping brokers and clients fully benefit from Funding’s short-term finance solutions.

Karen Valenzuela, BDM Queensland

Karen Valenzuela brings over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry to Funding.

With expertise in Business Funding, Asset Finance and Insurance, Karen is committed to building and nurturing relationships with brokers, referrers and dealers across Queensland. Her focus on understanding client needs and expanding their options supports Funding’s goal to be the leader in delivering innovative and tailored finance solutions.

The new BDMs will help brokers’ clients access Funding’s award-winning suite of short-term property finance solutions, including bridging, business and building loans.
